This is a well kept laptop and I found it very good and reliable. It has a very thin and nice glossy display. It comes with Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2010 and many other programs installed, what you have to do is to plug it in and play. The battery life always was very good on this machine and even now it lasts more than two hours. Also the charger is the original one.
