Very new Nexus 7, just bought it 5 days ago. The device is in mint conditions, it was a birthday present but I have no use for it. Still have the receipt for proof of purchase and to claim the warranty.
The device comes with the original Nexus case (blue, see picture) and Norton antivirus (still unused)
